      Reserving your lot is simple - just secure it with a $2500 reservation deposit.  This fully refundable amount holds the lot exclusively for you for one full month.  At the end of the reservation term, you'll have the option to purchase the lot, applying the deposit toward the sale price, or receive a full refund if you decide not to move forward with your purchase.
